釜バター美味いっすThis restraint is one of the best udon noodle restaurant near Takamatsu city area. If you have chance to visit there, I recommend you to try “Kama butter Udon”. This is hot noodle with butter, pepper and fresh egg. Before eating mix them carefully and enjoy tasting.And also other menus are also recommended.This restaurant opens from 6:00 am. We can enjoy good noodles as breakfast. It is good to visit earlier time because you do not need to wait so long as there is long and long queue if you visit peak time( around lunch time).

Tried their signature butter udon (egg, soy sauce, and butter), which was pretty good.

Probably the best udon I had the chance to try. I can't read Japanese so I was recommended the butter with pepper and raw egg... It was simply divine.

Walking here from the Takamatsu train station it was the only place with a line so it had to be good. Their Kama Butter Udon is their signature and it did not disappoint. You can also buy udon to take home as well.

For normal people order small size will do

A very popular local luncheon with good value and very good flavour. Udon is truly home made. And there is a good selection of garnish. The soft boiled egg is just right.

Yummy freshly made udon, we had the kama butter udon - butter, raw egg and hot hot udon. What a belly warming meal, service is really friendly and fast too. We came at 2pm, and it wasn't crowded!

Best udon I've ever had, but be prepared for a wait! The butter udon is amazing

Great inexpensive and freshly made Udon. The rather salty broth comes in a separate bottle so don't pour everything into the Udon bowl in one go. Side dishes are not bad either but feel rather thirty after few bites.

Super amazing udon in Takamatsu ! Favourable price comes with quality too yummmm :) the beef tastes sweet and the egg is perfectly cooked.

I arrived here little bit before 6am, and there was already a line of people. Very famous Udon Shop. Make sure to check their english menu before coming here. It is on google somewhere... definietly recommended.

Went for their famous Kama-butter udon. There was a queue when I arrived at 12pm but the turnover is high so the waiting time was just around 10mins. Nice udon and tempura

Top tier Udon, it is chewy but can taste the texture of the ingredient and won’t feel heavy in your stomach unlike the ordinary udon. Staff are friendly and helpful, foreigner friendly restaurant.

Very long queue, but it was worth it.I think the using here is quite unique, we had the iron with a raw egg, and it was quite like carbonara

Worthy to wait for the noodle! It is the first shop in Japan serving the noodle with butter😋. The queue is long but all customers are well disciplined and give their seats once finished the meals. Only take 20-30 minutes to get in the restaurant during 7:00-8:00 a.m. There is no waiter leading you to the seat, you just wait for the same number of customers as your group leaving and get in. This can ensure that you will have seats after having picked up your meal. The restaurant is famous among the celebrities, I have found 蜷川實花‘s signature on the wall.

Best udon in town!!

If you are feeling moderately hungry, opt for the small. If super hungry, go for the medium. If you love udon to the max and need the most amount of noodles for infinite hunger pains, get the large.
